Demo how to connect and upload a Sportractive Workout to Google Fit 
- Start Sportractive and open the settings menu
- Select Cloud and Social Network
- Click Google Fit 
- Click Connect - Choose your account to connect with
- A Google sign in dialog will open. Sportractive will ask for write access only. ​- If you trust Sportractive click Allow. 
- Start and finish your workout (for demo purposes the workout has a duration of 10s only and the user stands still. That means 0 calories and 0 km distance)
- In the Workout Editor Google Fit must be switched on
- Press save and sport, distance, duration and calories will be uploaded to Google Fit
- Open Google Fit and the Sportractive workout is shown in the journal

The healthcare team uses Google Fit to collect daily vitals, measure the number of steps employees take, and monitor their health. The mobile app displays information on employees’ progress toward their fitness goals. The app collects heart rate data from a chest strap monitor and recognizes when users are inactive or exercising. These results are then displayed in a comprehensive dashboard for healthcare providers to evaluate. The dashboard provides basic information about the user such as weight, height, and body mass index (BMI).
