⭐ Steps in the video:

1. On the jobs page, the employer starts by clicking on the "Post New Job" button.

2. The first step is to enter the job title and description, and select type and compensation. Selects the ones which match his job. A freelance unpaid internship is also an option. 

3. The second step contains additional details, like experience level, wage, skills needed, ad duration, invoice timings for the hourly job, payment method, and attachments. Clicks on "Publish Job"  to submit it.

4. Upon successful post, his job ad is listed on the Jobatto main page and also can be found on the "My Jobs" page. It is possible to comment on a job ad, comments are opened. An employer can reply if there is a question in a comment. It is possible to delete, deactivate and edit your job ad.

5.  Freelancer bids on the job. Based on the bid and further check of the freelancer profile. The job author connects to a freelancer and chats with her. An employer can hire a freelancer.

6. Hiring process results in a new project. Projects are managed through Jobatto. Projects contain job ad info or can be created from the scratch. In the case of projects from scratch(not created from a job), invoices are not publicly shown, and there are no recommendations, nor job skill earning for a freelancer.

7. Freelancer does her task (creates a logo), and sends the logo to review by clicking on 'Submit to Review'. The job author does 'Done' status change on the project. 'Done' status change triggers job skill badges earn for a freelancer, an invoice creation, and a recommendation request.

8. In the last step in this video is a freelancer and employer profiles check. It shows how the job is shown on their profiles and the affected info sections.
