As an organization, we use Webexpenses for to track and manage personal expenses incurred on the job. The process allows for easy approval and personal tracking with the ability to provide detailed notes and attach the appropriate receipts. We appreciate there is no need for emails back and forth and lost information but rather quick notifications and payment.

We are a large organization with different satellite locations across the country. Webexpenses allows us to streamline the process across many locations and provide detailed standard practices. We do not use this program for corporate cards, but there may be an opportunity there for detailed and accurate tracking I am not sure, but it is well suited for personal expenses.

We use it purely for filing, submitting and claiming expenses for our business spend. <br><br>I think from my point of view, there is little that needs to be changed. The only thing I feel would improve my experience of a user would be some slightly clearer instructions or guidance on how to submit claims. I tend to have to do it twice before my claim is approved.

  • I don't feel there's much to change
I think it's a straightforward and fairly easy tool to use to add receipts, link them to a claim and then submit. I don't feel like there's much from a Webexpenses point of view that needs addressing. Maybe some better link between the company to the platform to ensure nothing can be missed before submitting.

I like the easy read format of the receipts, the ability to add more than one to each line and the format of the app itself.<br>I would save sometimes the app stops you from submitting due to errors which could be clearer in what the errors are. but normally this is a user error and parameters are set by the company.<br><br>

  • App can sometime restrict views for longer claims
  • The Desktop website could use a refresh
  • Clearer examples when parameters are breached
Webexpenses is well suited to a on the go business in which it's a sales members need to log receipts on the move. it clearly reads information from the picture of a receipt, reducing the overall time logging the claim. It would be less appropriate for a very large team unless the parameters of each claim when goes wrong were clearly explained.

I use Webexpenses to manage the refunds I need to request regarding my current position in the company. Any time I need to request the necessary refund, I submitted it through Webexpenses by opening the ticket to the responsible team.
  • It is very intuitive, easy to find the buttons where to open and submit
  • It is user friendly, has a nice interface which makes it easier to make the requests.
  • It is fast and efficient to use
Cons
  • I have not seen any potential area for improvement related to my daily uses
All requests I needed to submit through Webexpenses were super easy to make and the responses displayed accordingly when the case was handled by the responsible team.

We find it very helpful and convenient that the company offers refunds for any events or expenses incurred, as they compensate accordingly. The process is straightforward and user-friendly, providing clear instructions on the next steps to take. Additionally, there is a tour guide available to assist with any questions you may have.
