Overall Satisfaction with GetResponse
In my job, we implement a lot of different Email and Online Marketing platforms we inherit a lot of what people are already using. We're always a pleasantly surprised when a client already has GetResponse in place. GetResponse makes marketing email easy while giving you powerful automation tools to move people through your funnel.
Pros
- Easy and powerful email editor for the novice and advanced user.
- Powerful automation and conversion tools to fully automate your funnel.
- The design direction of the reporting makes it really easy to ingest all the things that really matter.
Cons
- The tag system can take some getting used to particularly if you're more accustomed to separating your contacts into different lists.
- GetResponse helps activate your current clients and build revenue from your lists.
GetResponse shares a lot of the same capabilities as ActiveCampaign and Infusionsoft. It's much cheaper than Infusionsoft and has a much easier interface than ActiveCampaign. It also offers a significant upgrade in feature set to MailChimp and Constant Contact who really specialize in Email Marketing, but don't offer some of the same robust landing page and webinar capabilities.
