Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
we send out newsletters for two different businesses. Intuit Mailchimp has been easy to use and navigate. don't always like the upgrades, gets a bit complicated, but we have built a mailing list that continues to grow. and we do learn and appreciate the analytics, this has helped us refine and improve our newsletters.
Pros
- designs email
- makes suggestions to improve
- provides good analytics to help understand who is opening your newsletter
Cons
- when you make changes, make it easier to understand!
- make it easier to duplicate a campaign
- up level when you send a good newsletter, this has been huge
- by having a saved template we have a recognizable email campaign
- customers like that they can subscribe or unsubscribe so easily

- Email marketing
we probably don't use enough of Intuit Mailchimp now that i read all of this...
social sharing is good
we have been with you forever, so now we pay for your services as our email list has grown. probably don't use all the features
