Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We attempted to use Iterable for advanced notification messaging. Additionally, it was implemented for email and text marketing.
Pros
- Initial onboard team was kind and accommodating
- Basic workflows
- Basic segmentation
Cons
- Poor and buggy functionality for advanced workflows
- Lack of advanced segmentation
- Email marketing basics are non-existent (subscription center for example)
- Iterable has been a complete sunk cost for us
Iterable was unable to perform our primary use case of advanced notifications based on segmentation and criteria. It was a complete sunk cost and a huge loss to our business.
Iterable did not achieve this for us.
We thought Iterable provided the advanced features we needed but it did not.
