Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by all the sales teams in our company. Mainly we use it as an automation tool but I love the 360 view to monitor who is opening mails.
Pros
- Great for automation
- Brilliant for monitoring who is opening mails and when
- Great for helping me manage my day with setting tasks etc
Cons
- 360 view doesn't always work and can be slow to update
- It has helped me manage my time better
- It has freed up my time with automated tasks and allows me to focus on more important tasks
- It has helped me break into many accounts and earn more money
I have had a really positive experience with them. Andrew even dropped by our office in Dublin to say hello when he was on holiday here.
