Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

I am starting a marketing agency and this CRM is so well planned out and developed. I have nothing but good to say about the platform and application. Salesmate’s customer service is second to none and I can safely say, the quality of this product is worth every dollar I spent.

Pros

  • Seamless Integrations
  • Lead management

Cons

  • I don’t have anything to report as of yet. Very easy to use and straightforward compared to other CRM’s I’ve used
  • I’m relatively new so I haven’t been with Salesmate long enough to receive my first ROI
It is so streamlined, integrations, functionality and customer service are incredible

If you’re looking for over the top customer support, Salesmate is hands down the answer. Also, best bang for your buck and they outmatch all of their competition in the CRM world. I can say; save your time; money and mental energy and go DIRECTLY for Salesmate - not another product.
