Veeam Backup & Replication

Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

We use our Veeam Data Platform to back up our on-premise data center stack, which includes Dell systems running Hyper-V and a stack running VMware 7. This is our primary disaster recovery solution. We also use Veeam to backup a few of our local workstations that the company needs to protect.

I have used Veeam for a few years, and it always suited very well in all the enterprises that I have implemented it.

I had great support when it came to setting up veeam for Azure and connecting that down with Veeam on premise management. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and very professional.

Veeam Data Platform Reliability

We had alot of sites and were able to manage it on a single console this was a priority within our company
The platforms availability has never been an issue
Veeam One has had some small issues but nothing that is major

Relationship with Veeam Software

We had some vendors that had issues with veeam. I would always recommend having a veeam sales and engineer in the talks
After the sale the vendor was not very helpful but we were able to work around that
Always have a veeam sales/engineer to validate everything.

Yes - I have upgraded a few times and always putting in a ticket to veeam to verify everything has been helpful
