Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoom Workplace allows our end users to directly and quickly get on a call with external customers using an application the customer is already failure with. When using other solutions, customers have reported it was difficult to join the call. The biggest benefit is the ease of having a large number of people in the call without a performance impact on the computer.

Microsoft Teams and Webex Meetings

I believe it is a great contender for a video and audio calling platform. We selected it due to the need for a more flexible option over using Microsoft Teams. It is difficult to join a Teams call if you do not already have a Microsoft account setup, whereas with Zoom Workplace it is a very quick process.

I think Zoom Workplace works well with dealing with a large number of attendees or if interfacing with external customers or new potential employees. The biggest issue I have had with Zoom Workplace is when jumping between multiple video call providers, It seems Zoom Workplace is unwilling to release the microphone to be used by the other application.
