Overall Satisfaction with Sendible
I switched from OneUp to Sendible mainly for the White Label capabilities. I chose Sendible because it supports Google My Business—a crucial platform that many others overlook—and adds even more value by connecting to WordPress, TikTok, and Pinterest. Sendible has made me social media expert which my clients can count on.
Pros
- Organize social media and make scheduling easy.
- Storing content libraries
- Managing hierarchy of users
Cons
- Expensive
- It's not there fault but the API and social platforms limits all of the features
- Would like to see hashtag recommendation tool
- Overall Engagement Reporting does not make total sense
- It helps my business, to manage my clients social media.
- However I was hoping to capture more people who want to use the tool as DIY which has not happened.
- I do not want to let it go but it is currently more of an expense then bringing in a return.
