Veeam Data Platform is straightforward and works. It easily backs up my environment and is flexible in what infrastructure it will apply to.

Price of previous tool, and simplicity of management had us move
We utilize cloud replication to have offsite backups as well as on premise backups
I have had to recover file-share backups through veeam and was successful
This product was both not enterprise appropriate, but very user unfriendly. Upgrading to veeam was a great decision
